Aluminum Paste

Aluminum Paste is a metallic pigment used mainly in the manufacturing of roof coatings, paints, graphic inks, plastic masterbatches, rubber, carbon paper, textile printing, wallpapers, decorative papers, putties, leather and other pigmented products.

The leafing types comprise of grades that due to the surface treatment of the particles, orient themselves parallel to the surface of the paint or ink film and float in the adequate vehicle forming what appears to be a continuous aluminum sheet or mirror.

These materials also have a very important characteristic of leafing stability, for long periods of time, not only in the paste form but also in the finished paints. Non-leafing grades are available upon request.
